This privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. If you contact us using our contact form or by other methods we may collect information about you, additionally as you interact with our website we may collect information about you.

We collect and process data in accordance with the privacy laws of the UK, such as the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

If you complete our email enquiry form we will hold that information on you and you provide us the consent to do so by the completion of that form. This information is not stored on the website servers but comes direct to the email of Eric Gregory Photography. I will keep a record of this email on my computer. 

Email information is also stored on our the servers of our email provider (GoDaddy), and you can access the relevant privacy policy at GoDaddy sends email via MailGun, and a copy of the email submitted is stored in the MailGun logs for 3 days after submission.
